Energy Cell Operator - 1st Shift
Job Description
We are currently looking to fill an Energy Cell Operator position with a Broken Arrow company.
Pay: $18 - $20 per Hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am-4pm

What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain E-Beam welders, CNC machines, dye pen testing, Helium leak testing, and product tagging
- Get hands-on experience with disc production and cross-training opportunities
- Complete job documentation and kit materials for inventory control
- Set up, blank, and form materials while conducting burst testing
- Adjust burst pressure through annealing or stress-relieving in heat treat ovens
- Perform temperature testing when required
- Record key production data and ensure accuracy in every step
- Operate a variety of manufacturing equipment, including air/hydraulic presses, ovens, power tools, and layout equipment
- Ensure every shipment is on time, meets specifications, and exceeds customer expectations

Job Requirements
What You Bring to the Team:
- Experience in CNC machining and/or welding is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills for business systems and data entry (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, or D365 experience is a plus!)
- Detail-oriented approach to tracking inventory and recording job times
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- CNC machining or welding experience preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person!
