Job Description

Our client, a respected leader in the waste management industry, is seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join their team at a landfill facility in Sand Springs, OK. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 3–5 years of experience operating large bulldozers, preferably in landfill or heavy earthmoving environments.

Pay Rate: $20–$24/hr (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate large dozers to push, spread, and compact refuse and cover material

  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation

  • Work closely with site supervisors and fellow equipment operators to support overall landfill operations

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of heavy equipment operation, specifically large bulldozers (Caterpillar D6, D8, or larger preferred)

  • Prior experience working in landfill, earthwork, or related industries is strongly preferred

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions

  • Strong safety awareness and reliability
