Dispatcher
Job Description
We’re looking for a service-minded Dispatcher to join our client's OKC-based team. If you’re someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys solving problems, and values working in a positive environment—this could be the perfect fit.
Hours: 8am-5pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Dispatcher, you’ll be the front-line voice for clients placing service calls and supply orders. You'll keep things running smoothly between our clients and field technicians, ensuring communication is clear, prompt, and always professional.

Answer incoming calls with a friendly, “I’m here to help” attitude

Create service tickets and supply orders using industry-specific software

Prioritize and assign service requests to the appropriate technician

Troubleshoot basic software/hardware issues for print/scan devices

Invoice billable service calls and enter closed-call information

Escalate priority calls as needed, ensuring timely resolution

Respond to client and team communication with urgency and care

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

High school diploma required; college degree preferred

2+ years of client service experience (4+ years preferred)

Experience with dispatch or call center software

Some technical knowledge or training is a plus

Able to sit or stand for prolonged periods and use standard office equipment

Professional, well-groomed appearance

Must be fluent in verbal and written English
