Job Description

We are currently seeking a dependable Delivery Driver / Shop Helper for a well-established Tulsa glass company. This role offers a mix of driving, customer interaction, and hands-on shop work—ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy and contributing in multiple ways.  
 
This role is responsible for transporting materials between job sites, vendors, and the main office using a company vehicle. When not driving, you will assist in the fabrication shop with general labor and support tasks. Because the company’s products require careful handling, this position requires someone attentive, safety-minded, and reliable.  
 
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional overtime)
Pay: $16–$18/hr, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • Safely pick up and deliver glass materials, supplies, and equipment to job sites and vendors
  • Operate company vehicle and navigate routes in and around the Tulsa area
  • Assist customers, vendors, and on-site personnel in a professional and courteous manner
  • Support the fabrication shop during downtime—cutting, prepping, and organizing materials as needed
  • Load and unload materials using safe lifting techniques
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, shop, and work areas
  • Communicate effectively with office staff and job site leads to ensure timely deliveries
  • Follow all company safety procedures and transportation guidelines

Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of delivery driving experience, preferably in a construction, trades, or materials environment
  • Valid driver’s license and clean MVR (required)
  • Strong safety awareness and ability to handle fragile materials with care
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the day
  • Dependable job history and strong attendance
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude—someone who looks for ways to assist the team
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
