Job Description
We are currently seeking a Dealership Administrative Assistant for our client in Bixby, OK.
The successful candidate will be a strong multitasker with exceptional organizational skills. The administrative assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day handling of equipment documents, cash handling, and balancing registers.
Hours: 8a-5p
Pay: $18-$22/hr
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize equipment documents efficiently.
- Input customer contract details and interact with customers.
- Collaborate with sales team to support all administrative tasks.
- Handle cash transactions and balance registers accurately at the end of each day.
- Utilize MS Office applications (Word, Excel) to update and manage spreadsheets.
- Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
- Handle confidential information securely.
- Float and fill in at other locations if required.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a high-volume environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle large sums of cash and balance money at the end of the day.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Experience using office equipment such as phones, computers, and other relevant tools.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong internal and external customer service skills.
- Must have valid drivers license to drive between locations (if needed)
- Ability to read/write/speak in English and Spanish
