Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Customer Service Representative position with a Tulsa area sanitation company.
Hours: 7:30am-5:30pm
Pay: $15-$16/hr
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) has the responsibility of taking orders from customers through multiple mediums: over the phone and online, entering orders using software systems (Tower/AMCS), and communicating with different internal departments and/or directly with customers.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Answer and respond to customer inquiries that are received via phone and/or emails
- Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of company products and processes
- Inform and educate customers on containers and waste removal services
- Quote rates for temporary containers, perm service and/or other services
- Enter sales orders received by phone, email, online into computer system (Tower/AMCS)
- Process payments or set up invoicing
- Work closely with various departments to ensure customer expectation for service and/or delivery are placed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- 1-3 years of call center customer service experience
- 6 months – 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Must be able to multitask at a high level
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Prior experience using Tower/AMCS preferred
- High School diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED)
