Contracts Specialist / Sales Admin
Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Contracts Specialist to join our client's team at their Oklahoma City office. If you enjoy improving systems, working with cross-functional teams, and bringing clarity to processes—this role could be a great fit.
Hours: 8am-5pm
What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Contracts Specialist, you’ll be a key player supporting the Sales, Service, and Billing departments. Your work helps ensure clients are billed accurately and service contracts are managed seamlessly.

Set up, maintain, and invoice service contracts with accuracy

Learn and master contract-related software systems and processes

Collaborate with sales reps and service techs on contract renewals

Audit active contracts to ensure proper billing and status

Oversee meter collection through ecommerce tools, email, and phone

Collect and enter vendor meters, assist with corrections and entry issues
-
Provide backup support to Dispatch and the Remote Tech Team

Take on additional duties and projects as assigned

Deliver excellent internal and external client service

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Associate’s degree preferred

2+ years of client service experience
-
Experience in contract management, billing, or sales support

High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows OS
-
Fluent in verbal and written English
-
Able to sit for prolonged periods and use standard office equipment

Neat, professional appearance

This position is onsite only (not eligible for remote work)
