We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee new commercial construction projects. This is a boots-on-the-ground role where you’ll be actively involved in building, managing crews, and ensuring job site safety and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build the Project – Oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficiency.
- Safety & OSHA Compliance – Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure job site.
- On-Site Management – Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment to keep the project moving smoothly.
- Quality Control – Maintain high standards and ensure work meets project specifications.
- Schedule Management – Keep projects on track, hitting key deadlines and milestones.
Job Requirements

- Solid understanding of the construction process – Knowledgeable in all phases of commercial builds.
- Superintendent experience – Prior experience overseeing job sites is required.
- Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license – Required for site visits and travel.
