We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee new commercial construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for planning, budgeting, coordinating, and ensuring projects are delivered successfully.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Drive the Project – Manage projects from estimation through completion, ensuring success at every stage.
- Estimation & Budgeting – Prepare and manage project estimates, budgets, and cost controls.
- Contract Management – Review and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and protecting project interests.
- Procurement – Source and coordinate materials, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Client Relationships – Serve as the main point of contact, building strong, lasting relationships with clients.
- Billing & Cash Flow – Oversee billing, invoicing, and project cash flow to keep projects financially on track.
- Schedule Development – Build and maintain project schedules to ensure timelines and milestones are met.

- Solid understanding of the construction process – Knowledgeable in all phases of commercial construction.
- Project management experience – Prior experience managing commercial construction projects is required.
- Experience with ProCore or similar construction management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license – Required for site visits and project oversight.
