Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Loan Assistant III for a banking client in the Tulsa market.

Hours: 8a-5p
Pay: $65,000-$90,000 DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay Ahead: Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest loan documentation, credit policies, and banking regulations. Be the go-to person for ensuring everything is spot on.
- Get It Done: Prepare, review, and execute loan documents with precision. Manage loan renewals and chase up any missing paperwork like a pro.
- Handle Real Estate: Take charge of commercial real estate loans, from construction monitoring to title commitment review and covenant compliance.
- Support Your Team: Work closely with our bankers to gather financial data and manage client communications. Your efforts will strengthen our client relationships.
- Keep an Eye Out: Monitor and report on past due loans, paid-off loans, criticized assets, and more. Proactively address any issues to keep things running smoothly.
- Stay Organized: Ensure all loan files are accurate and up-to-date. Resolve any documentation issues promptly and efficiently.
- Be a Star: Deliver top-notch customer service with prompt follow-ups, proactive communication, and a professional demeanor. Make every client interaction count.
- Ensure Compliance: Understand and accurately report for HMDA, CRA Community Development, and CRA Small Business Revenue inputs.
- Collaborate: Work closely with departments like Loan Admin, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and retail services to provide comprehensive support.
- Jump In: Occasionally assist the teller line and other retail services as needed. Be a team player who’s ready to help wherever you’re needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of seven years of lending assistant experience in commercial, real estate, and consumer loans.
- Prior loan experience is required.
- Strong ability to read, write, analyze, and comprehend instructions, business correspondence, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Familiarity with procedure manuals, government regulations, and general business correspondence.
- Skilled in managing problematic situations diplomatically and effectively.
