Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for a local plumbing company in the West Tulsa area. The CSR will act as a liaison on communication, providing product/services information & resolving any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy & efficiency.
Ideal candidates will genuinely be EXCITED to help customers, demonstrating patience, empathy & being passionate about their engagement to help! Successful CSRs love to talk & can put themselves in their customers’ shoes, being an advocate when necessary. Customer feedback is paramount for success & being a brand ambassador allows for instant rapport. Problem-solving should come naturally to support reps, exhibiting confidence in troubleshooting, & investigating if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer issues. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries & maintain high customer satisfaction.
Schedule: 8:00a - 4:30p (Monday through Friday - weekends as needed)
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills & active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems & practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma
