CNC Machinist/Programmer - Glass

We are currently looking to fill a CNC Machinist/Programmer position with a renowned glass company in Tulsa, OK!

Hours: 8a-5p (Some overtime may be required including work before or after these hours)

Pay: $18-$25 DOE

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and program CNC machines to fabricate glass components with the utmost precision.
• Set up and calibrate machines, ensuring they operate efficiently.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet tight deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and make necessary adjustments to optimize machine performance.
• Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in top working condition.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machining, with a preference for candidates familiar with CNC glass machining.
• Proficiency in CAD software for programming purposes.
• Proven experience in blueprint reading.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools including tape measure, micrometers, and calipers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Willingness to adapt and learn as processes evolve.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
