Bookkeeper / Junior Accountant

We are currently looking to fill a Bookkeeper position with a Tulsa company specializing in commercial hardscaping and landscaping.

Hours: 8a-5p

Pay: $50,000-$55,000

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
• Completing analysis of the employee expenditures, tracking receipts and client project budgeting
• Managing incline and expenditure accounts, creating quarterly and annual projections, P&L and break even analysis
• Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
• Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
• Filing and remitting tax filing documents to company's CPA firm, and other financial obligations
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company

Required Experience:

• QuickBooks desktop proficiency
• Strong experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Experience reconciling bank statements
• Proficiency running forecasting reports
• 3+ years of experience managing payroll
• 3-5 years of experience as an accountant and/or bookkeeper
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
