We are seeking an Appointment Scheduler to join a local HUD-Approved, non-profit housing counseling agency with a (17) year track record of excellence in compliance, standards, & customer service!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high call volume from clients scheduling housing services
Simultaneously talk & type while actively engaging with callers
Answer phone calls & emails proficiently & professionally
Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
Maintain high organization & attention to detail
Accurately input & verify customer information while on the phone
Job Requirements
Requirements:
Top-tier customer service skills & professional phone etiquette
Strong ability to multitask – handle conversations while updating records
No previous criminal history
Preferred Qualifications:
