Administrative Support / Project Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support ongoing logistics projects – managing timelines, inventory tracking, customer spreadsheets, & communication
Assist the Controller with AP/AR, invoicing, & general accounting functions (approx. 50% of role)
Maintain & manage a high-volume cellular account from an administrative standpoint
Coordinate with internal teams & customers to ensure project accuracy & a positive client experience
Navigate basic office tools such as MS Office or Google Suite to manage records, documents, & emails
Occasional warehouse walk-throughs to confirm inventory or labeling
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
(2+) years of experience in a multi-faceted administrative support role
Prior experience in accounting or logistics is a plus!
Proven track record of account management or handling special support projects
Strong Communicator both written and verbally
