Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Inventory Specialist for a company specializing in landfill equipment. This role requires a strong mix of administrative skills, inventory management, and hands-on work.


Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of parts and filters for landfill equipment as they move in and out of the machine shop.
  • Develop and implement an efficient inventory tracking system.
  • Handle administrative tasks including data entry, record-keeping, and document management.
  • Utilize QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and other computer programs efficiently.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safety protocols in the workspace.
  • Assist with occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and be comfortable working in a dusty environment when necessary.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Computer savvy, with experience in QuickBooks or similar software and Microsoft Word
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Safety-minded and familiar with PPE protocols.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with hands-on tasks.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
