2nd Shift Laser Operator
Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a 2nd Shift Laser Operator position with a company located in Catoosa, OK.
Schedule: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Training schedule will be 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM for the first few weeks
Pay: $19 – $26/hr DOE (higher end for candidates with laser programming experience)

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines

Edit programs and adjust machine parameters as needed (programming experience highly valued)

Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and cut sheets to ensure accurate production

Perform quality inspections of finished parts to verify dimensions and tolerances

Load and unload raw materials and finished parts using forklifts or material handling equipment

Identify material types including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Job Requirements
Qualifications

3+ years of experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (fiber or CO ) or similar

Laser programming experience is strongly preferred and will command higher pay

Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges

Knowledge of material properties and how they affect laser cutting processes

Familiarity with BOMs, routers (travelers), and production documentation

Ability to troubleshoot basic machine or cut-quality issues

Forklift experience preferred
