We are currently looking to fill a 2nd Shift Laser Operator position with a company located in Catoosa, OK.

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Training schedule will be 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM for the first few weeks

Pay: $19 – $26/hr DOE (higher end for candidates with laser programming experience)

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines

• Edit programs and adjust machine parameters as needed (programming experience highly valued)

• Read and interpret blueprints, BOMs, and cut sheets to ensure accurate production

• Perform quality inspections of finished parts to verify dimensions and tolerances

• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts using forklifts or material handling equipment

• Identify material types including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating CNC laser cutting equipment (fiber or CO ) or similar

• Laser programming experience is strongly preferred and will command higher pay

• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

• Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers, tape measures, and gauges

• Knowledge of material properties and how they affect laser cutting processes

• Familiarity with BOMs, routers (travelers), and production documentation

• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine or cut-quality issues

• Forklift experience preferred
