Job Description
We are currently looking to fill a Front Desk Coordinator / Administrative Assistant position with a local Payroll company.
Ideal candidate will be customer centric, tech savvy, have high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Pay: $16-$18/hr
Essential Functions:
- Cover the front desk and greet visitors
- Answering phones, screening and directing calls, assisting clients with their questions when able
- Assist with payroll processing
- Supplies management, order supplies and research new deals or suppliers
- Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc
- New Hire Reporting
- Client support (generating reports, helping with employee portal registration, resetting passwords, etc)
- Packing payrolls
- Courier coordination
- Office organization
- Special Projects
Job Requirements
Required Skills:
Should possess fantastic customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must be highly organized with exceptional critical thinking skills.
- Must have 3-5 years previous experience in a customer facing support role
- Experience with technical aspects of Web-based or Enterprise software solutions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and demonstrated ability to learn other application programs as needed
- Strong time management, organizational and facilitation skills with experience handling multiple task/activities in an efficient and timely manner
- Demonstrates effective business communication skills to facilitate high service value and service recovery with clients
- Ability to work independently
