Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Spray Technician for a local lawn & pest control company in the Broken Arrow / Tulsa area!
 
The Spray Tech will be driving a company vehicle with a Spray Rig & Fertilizer Spreader, as well as selling & presenting quotes to customers. Successful candidates will have experience with relatable work & should embody the company culture reflecting honesty & overall Christian values.
 
Hours: 7:00a - 5:00p, Monday - Friday
 
Pay: $16/hr + Production Bonus
 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drive company equipment & provide lawn / pest control services for new & established clients across the Broken Arrow & Tulsa areas
  • Autonomous role - working solo, operating own equipment & servicing accounts
  • Sales & Customer Service - Must be able to interact with customers in a professional, engaging manner & promote additional services.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Must be able to pass the Pesticide Applicator Test with the Department of Agriculture to be certified in 3A ornamental turf (already certified / has been certified in the past is a bonus!)
  • Experience operating a Spray Rig & Fertilizer Spreader preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Candidates must be self-motivated and work well alone; high-level of trust & reliability
  • Professional appearance & demeanor
