Night Shift Forklift Operator / Material Handler

We are currently looking to fill a Forklift Operator / Material Handler position with a Tulsa company specializing in packaging products and distribution.

Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of stand up forklift experience.

Hours: 7pm-7a,; rotating schedule 3 nights one week/4 nights the week after (alternating each week)

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Job Duties and Requirements:

• Drive Sit Down Forklifts and clamp trucks
• Operate electric pallet jack
• Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Report any discrepancies
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience driving a forklift
• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
• Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
